Our ORBINOX ‘XC’ series Hopper Outlet knife gate valve technology has been selected for use on a bulk handling application, as the primary silo isolation valves.
The SS316 metal seated valves have been fitted with our ‘C’ type deflector cone, to protect the body from the abrasive medium, whilst guiding the bulk material through the centre of the valves bore, reducing the potential for any solids getting trapped within the cavity.
The valves body incorporates 2-off flush ports, as standard.
The primary silo isolation valves have been automated with our double acting pneumatic cylinder and fitted with our proprietary PneuLINK™ linear-to-rotary integrated control platform c/w a SS316 Valve Control Monitor, incorporating the 2-off limit switches and 5/2 mono-stable solenoid valve. The high visibility beacon provides visual indication of the open / closed positions.
