Fabricated from AISI 316SS material, including the deflector cone, and fitted with our PneuPURG™ system to periodically flush the seat area cavity. There are 6-off purge points, each fitted with a needle valve to ensure a uniform pressure at each orifice for optimum performance. The purge sequence is customer controlled on this occasion, however, can be engineered as a fully self-contained logic. A double acting hydraulic actuator was specified to operate the valves.
