This DN500 (20″) ORBINOX ‘EX’ series knife gate valve is destined for use on a food slurry application. Our knife gate valve technology was selected to control the rate of discharge from a process tank, offering fully proportional control functionality via our proprietary PneuLINK™ linear-to-rotary integrated control platform, fitted with a WESTLOCK ‘K20’ 4-20mA DC smart positioner. The K20 positioner offers a ‘high flow’ pneumatic module, ensuring the optimum operating time is achieved for the large displacement actuator.
