Biogas Knife Gate Valve for waste material application.
This ORBINOX DN300 (12″) 316 stainless steel ‘EB’ Biogas knife gate valve has been fitted with a single acting pneumatic actuator (fail closed) c/w our proprietary PneuLINK™ linear to rotary integrated control platform. Our Valve Control Monitor solution was selected, offering a 3/2 mono-stable solenoid valve and 2-off limit switches. A closed loop breather system is included, to refresh the non-pressurised side of the actuators piston with clean instrument air on the spring strokes negative displacement.
