Orbinox (UK) Ltd manufacture and supply a wide range of actuation packages designed to conform to the clients specifications.

Our design office utilises the latest 3D SolidWorks CAD system, producing accurate detailed and 'As Built' general arrangement drawings. Additional exploded views of assemblies with full parts lists are generated to aid assembly and achieve simple to follow maintenance instructions.

All actuator packages are designed to meet the demands of even the most hostile environmental conditions and the hazardous area zoning criteria.

Actuators are fitted with Instrumentation Systems to meet the clients operational criteria, ranging from a simple Solenoid operated system to Modulation Control, Blow Down Valves (BDV) - Emergency Shut Down Valves (ESDV), incorporation Partial Stroking Systems when required to meet the specified Safety Integrity Level (SIL) requirements, Riser Valves and High Integrity Pressure Protection Systems (HIPPS).

To complete our actuation packages, full testing is undertaken and high quality Documentation Packages are issued in compliance with the clients SDRL.
